We had a lovely trip, the property had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean and well laid out. Loved the decor especially all the lovely canvas’. Would recommend great value for money and good location.

Almost everything was perfect. All facilities was perfect, feels like my own house. The bed mattress was very poor quality. It was spring mattress and very soft, no temper at all, Spring hit back of the body, very discomfort, and also makes noises. Neighbour was bit loud but it's OK.

The accommodation was clean and a good deal of space. Functional for everything we needed for a week. Everything in Barrow walkable from the location. No problems parking.

The venue was well maintained and modern, however as it's a terraced house with no parking, it did come with noise from both sides and the issue with people constantly walking right outside.

Everything you could ask for, exceptionally clean and comfortable, a proper home from home. Great location as a base to explore the lake district.

We used the place as a base for visiting the South Lakes Safari zoo, and could notr have been happier. The house is perfectly equipped for a longer stay and the bedrooms are brilliant sizes and the house was impeccably clean when we arrived. Would stay again. Thanks

This cottage is outstanding! It had everything we could have possibly needed and more. The facilities are excellent, and the cottage was so clean. The hot tub was lovely on a cool evening to relax after a busy day. We would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Really nice comfortable place, not far from the town center travelled down for my brother birthday as we have family in barrow and this place was ideal

We arrived at Rose Cottage and were met with an idilic setting… a beautiful cottage next to a running stream… it was very clean and had everything we wanted and needed. The tv in the bathroom was absolutely amazing plus two smart televisions too everything for a relaxing time… the icing on our week away was the hot tub… Jennifer keeps it on so it was hot and ready for whenever we wanted to go in and we definitely got the use of it. The Green is very quiet with very amiable neighbours and the setting is a dream.. to wake up to hear the stream running was just wonderful and extremely relaxing… we found that the cottage was in a perfect position for us to visit everywhere we wanted to go and the walks locally were incredible. Scenery and the friendly people topped our week away… thank you … we will definitely be booking with Jennifer again. 😃

The house really was like home from home. Clean, comfortable and had all the essentials such as hand soap and washing up liquid provided. Great location central to get around. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend this holiday let to others.
